The method includes: fabricating a continuous casting bonding wire; twisting the continuous casting bonding wire so as to work harden the continuous casting bonding wire; reducing a cross-section of the continuous casting bonding wire work hardened to draw the continuous casting bonding wire to a bonding wire having a desired diameter through a drawing process; and annealing the bonding wire.</p> |
