PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sufficient strength even when a thickness is reduced by laminating material obtained by adding surface-treated specific filler to specific biodegradable resin and cellulose sheet. SOLUTION: As the sheet 1 for a cushioning material, a constitution in which a biodegradable resin layer 3 is laminated on a base material sheet 2 of cellulose is adopted. Filler surface treated by a coupling agent in a range of 10 to 150 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of biodegradable resin to match suitably necessary characteristics is added to the layer 3. And, a thickness of the layer 3 is, for example, 10 to 200 μm, and set to meet its application. Thus, even when a large quantity of the filler is mixed with the layer 3, decrease of physical properties is suppressed since they are surface treated. In addition, since the biodegradable resin is introduced into textures of sheet or nonwoven fabric to rigidly bond the both, even if the layer 3 is thin, sufficient strength can be realized. |
