<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-forming machine designed to surely carry out sealing action through suppressing damage to wrappings in view of conventional drawbacks. <P>SOLUTION: The food-forming machine includes a 1st shutter 1 on which the circumferential rim of a sheet-like wrapping F is to be placed, a sealing shutter 2 set beneath the 1st shutter 1 and functions to gather the circumferential rim of a wrapping F and wrap in an ingredient G in such a condition that the ingredient G is put on the wrapping F, and a 2nd shutter 3 set above the 1st shutter 1 and functions to operate a shutter piece along the mount surface of the 1st shutter 1 for a wrapping F. This food-forming machine works to operate the 2nd shutter 3 in such a direction as to close it to push the circumferential rim of the wrapping F toward the center in gathering the circumferential rim of the wrapping F by the 1st shutter 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
