PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically increase allowable power consumption in a zone as far as power is not exceeding the allowable power consumption in an area even though exceeding in the zone when power is newly fed to a power consumption terminal. SOLUTION: A server, comprising a means that cumulatively controls an information of the allowable power consumption or an information of a power consumption terminal by transmitting and receiving data to and from each breaker 2, 3 with the power consumption terminal 5 using a power cable network, a demand means that varies the allowable power consumption of the sub-breaker 3 so as not to exceed the allowable power consumption based on a proper information, and a means that demands on/off of a power source at the power consumption terminal 5, is arranged. The power consumption terminal 5 comprises a means that inquires a start to the server 1 and a means that decides whether to start or not to start corresponding to the response from the server. The sub-breaker 3 comprises a means that suitably varies the allowable power consumption in accordance with the demand of the server 1. |
