FIELD: abrasive working processes and equipment, namely manufacture of abrasive tools with binder having structure permeable for fluid flow. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool contains 5 -75 vol. % of sintered agglomerates of three-dimension shape. Binder melting temperature is in range 500 - 1400°C. Tool includes 35 - 80 vol. % of total porosity containing at least 30 vol. % of intercommunicating porosity. Agglomeration of abrasive grains is performed at tumbling grains and binder material in rotary burning kiln.
