FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has head and cylindrical threaded neck, trochanteric part, pedicle and locking screw. The device also has threaded sleeve having end collar, spherical body with split springy bushing base mounted thereon. The bushing has cylindrical part, which external surface is threaded to enable threaded sleeve to move, and conic end surface coming in engagement with threaded sleeve end collar. The neck part is fixed in the bushing with thread. The trochanteric part has cavity mating the spherical body in shape. The locking screw has socket for introducing Allen key and surface congruent to the spherical body for making engagement with it. The locking screw is threadedly introduced into the external side of the trochanteric part. ^ EFFECT: flexibility in mounting the prosthesis. ^ 1 dwg |
