FIELD: erection of pipe lines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed sectional pipe consists of at least three metal parts interconnected by means of circumferential welds; center part is made from grey cast iron or cast iron with globular graphite; length of each part is 100-250 mm. Assembly of sectional pipe includes connecting at least three metal parts together by means of circumferential welding; circumferential welds are made by electric contact welding at continuous fusion at exponential curve coefficient "K" equal to 0.7-0.9. ^ EFFECT: improved service characteristics; low cost of erection and operation. ^ 7 cl, 1 dwg
