FIELD: machine engineering, namely working metals by means of blade type tool with use of lubricating and cooling liquids at working small-diameter openings of parts of different materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: wave-guide is in the form of guiding sleeve transmitting oscillations to lubricating and cooling liquid through cutting tool. Total length of irradiating and transmitting portions of ultrasound converter is equal to or multiple to length half of wave of ultrasound oscillations. Mounting point of irradiating and transmitting portions of ultrasound converter is arranged in place with least oscillation amplitude. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of working, increased time period of cutting tool strength providing desired quality of worked parts. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
