FIELD: welding equipment, possibly gas-oxygen cutting. ^ SUBSTANCE: cutter includes head having ducts for feeding gas fuel, heating and cutting oxygen; mouth with unit for preparing fuel mixture; cooling unit; stem with unions for supplying gas fuel and heating oxygen and with central union for supplying cutting oxygen; calibration orifices for separately supplying gas fuel and heating oxygen. Cooling unit includes additional annular chamber and unions communicated with ducts for supplying and discharging cooling liquid. Unit for preparing fuel mixture includes two concentric (outer and inner) rows of round openings. Axes of round openings of outer row are inclined by angle 3° relative to mouth axis; axes of round openings of inner row are parallel to mouth axis. Number of calibrated orifices for separate supply of gas fuel and heating oxygen in inner and outer rows is equal to that of round openings respectively of concentric outer and inner rows of round openings of unit for preparing fuel mixture. ^ EFFECT: improved quality, increased rate of cutting, prevention of back flame shocks. ^ 3 cl, 9 dwg |
