FIELD: foam generators used in liquid vessels. ^ SUBSTANCE: foam generator comprises air pump having inlet with inlet valve and outlet with outlet valve, as well as liquid pump having inlet with inlet valve and outlet with outlet valve. Each pump has high-pressure chamber with slidable piston, which reduces or increases high-pressure chamber volume, and at least one foaming member. The foam generator also has discharge part connected to both pump outlets. The discharge pump comprises outlet channel arranged between mixing chamber and foam orifice. The pistons are connected with each other and operate under the action of control means. Mechanical connection member is used for piston connection. At least outlet air pump valve is made as diaphragm integral with connection member to create single structure unit. ^ EFFECT: reduced production costs and increased foam quality. ^ 11 cl, 3 dwg |
