FIELD: thermo-electric engineering, in particular, constructions of thermo-electric devices for fastening parts of freezing during mechanical processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains thermo-electric battery, driven to thermal contact with part (freezing object), and heat dumping system. Thermo-electric battery consists of alternating branches, serially connected to electric circuit by means of commutation plates, manufactured respectively from p-type and n-type semiconductors. Electric connection of ranches is performed by contact: p-type branch - commutation plate - n-type branch, where p-type branch contacts by its end surface with one of surfaces of commutation plate, and n-type branch - to another one. Each branch in thermo-electric battery is in contact by opposite end surfaces with two commutation plates. Commutation plates have area, which is somewhat greater, than area of transverse section of branches of p- and n-types. Ends of commutation plates, forming cold contacts, project beyond one surface of structure, while ends of commutation plates, forming hot contacts - beyond another one. Free ends of commutation plates are made with T-shaped section and are soldered to areas electrically isolated from each other, made in form of films of metals or alloys, applied onto ceramic plate. Pipeline circles thermo-electric battery along perimeter, having direct thermal contact with external surface of ceramic plates, opposite to application surface of electro-insulated areas, and forms a closed contour, along which heat carrier flows. On one of remaining surfaces of pipeline, part (freezing object) is positioned, and second one is driven to contact with heat dumping system. Thermo-electric battery and pipeline are isolated from environment by means of thermo-isolation. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of fastening process. ^ 1 dwg |
