FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing the natural melanoid antioxidant. Method for preparing the natural melanoid antioxidant involves washing out with water sunflower non-milled husk, its drying at the definite temperature, extraction of sunflower non-milled husk with water at boiling taken in the definite ratio, filtration, treatment with food adsorbent KCM 6 and evaporation up to gel-like state.
