The invention relates to cargo transportation devices and can be used for cargo transportation in the ports and on RO-RO and RO-PAX type ships. The goal of the present invention is to extend the functionality of a rolltrailer and namely to provide the delivery of a cargo having larger overall dimensions into a ship cargo compartment as well as to simplify and accelerate the cargo fastening on a vehicle. The proposed rolltrailer comprises a cargo platform (1) with a platform frame (2) and a platform deck (3), and mounting pockets (4). A coupling tunnel is located in the front part of the cargo platform (1) while its rear part contains a bearing crossbeam (6) to which by means of a balancing axis (7) is fixed a balancer (8) to which a first wheel (11) and a second wheel (12) are mounted by means of a first (9) and a second (10) wheel fixing axes. The platform deck (3) is combined and comprises a metal plate (13) of which strength is provided by means of a stiffening rib (14) and a timber or a plywood. The device additionally comprises a cargo fastening tunnel (15) extending in the lower part of the platform frame (2) throughout its length. The balancer (8) has the shape of a recess in order to form a horizontal oscillations angle together with the layout of the balancing axis (7) and the first (9) and the second (10) wheel fixing axes which allows crossing the ship cargo ramp at least possible distance to the ship deck and the terminal covering.
