DEVICE FOR MOVING OFF SERVICE LINES WITH DETACHBLE CONNECTION

摘要

FIELD: space rocket launching complexes for automatic coupling, uncoupling and moving off service lines from rocket board. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device for moving off service lines with detachable connection contains joining branch pipe, carriage and balancing mechanism including spring suspensions and tie-rods. Adapter frame is secured on carriage bracket by means of hinge tie-rod installed coaxially to branch pipe. Tie-rods of balancing mechanism are made in form of rigid rods connected by one end to branch pipe and by other end, to adapter frame by means of hinge joints. Adapter frame is coupled with bracket of carriage by spring-loaded rods along axes of tie-rods of balancing mechanism. ^ EFFECT: reduced loads transmitted from service lines moving off device to board plate of rocket when actuating carriage moving off pneumatic cylinder before launching the rocket. ^ 5 dwg
