FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, ridge forming equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: covering roller-ridger has frame, shaft, spherical disks freely positioned on shaft, and spring located between spherical disks. Roller frame is made composite to allow gap between its lateral beams to be adjusted. Lateral beams are connected with one another through adjusting mechanism. Diameter of spring coils is reducing from shaft edge to its mid portion. Outer coils of spring are rigidly joined to convex sides of spherical disks. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of soil tillage owing to forming different profiles of ridges depending upon requirements and kind of crop to be cultivated, and reduced labor intensity for roller maintenance. ^ 2 dwg |
