CLUTCH FOR FIXING OUTBOARD HYDROACOUSTIC SYSTEMS AT CALIBRATION

FIELD: hydroacoustics; measurement engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: clutch can be used when measuring parameters of receiving-transmitting aerials of vertical depth sounding hydroacoustic systems as well as for metrological inspection of working hydroacoustic measuring aids under location pond's conditions. Clutch for fixing outboard hydroacoustic systems when calibrating them has hydroacoustic aerial to be calibrated, reference hydroacoustic target (calibration sphere), hydroacoustic irradiator, measuring aid; all the units are disposed onto rotary assembly. There are three clutch paws which form angle of 120° to each other. The paws are conjugate by means of bolts and insertions. Holes in insertions are made in such a manner that those holes have to be basic in the insertions disposed at ends of paws and the holes are threaded at the insertions disposed in middle part of paws. Any clutch paw has profile boom and small corner; boom and corner are connected for rotation about their own axes by means of insertions. There are marking hairlines onto small corner, which hairlines are brought into coincidence with hairlines onto measuring plank of plate. Plate is made for movement along boom and it can be mounted onto the boom. Basing corner is additionally fastened to the plate. ^ EFFECT: reduced cost of calibration. ^ 7 dwg
