The lug has a body including attachments and a flat attachment (6) pierced with a central hole. A disk (15) traverses the hole for passage of an axle. A disk retaining unit and a Belleville washer are inserted between the flat attachment and the disk. The disk compresses the washer to plate the flat attachment against a stud when the disk is pivoted to cooperate fins (32) with a ramp (21) until the fins are inserted in a notch (22).
