ANTI-PINCHING DEVICE FOR USE IN A FOLDING CHAIR

An anti-pinching device incorporated into a folding chair having rear and front leg assemblies. The anti-pinching device is part of a correcting assembly that pivotally connects with the front leg assembly and slidably connects wi th the rear leg assembly to allow the chair to fold between and open position and a closed position. The correcting assembly moves between retracted and extended position relative to the rear leg assembly as the folding chair fol ds between folded open and closed positions.
