The method involves cutting a flexible material adapted to clothing or a flexible fabric in order to constitute a band (2) with length so as to allow user to turn the band around body. Ends of tubes (3) and cones are separated by the band and are threaded in different direction for constituting a frame of the clothing. A longitudinal block of the flexible material is folded and connects longitudinal edges from each end of the block.
