<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor intended for use in drive unit that facilitates an electrical connection work within the motor without the need for increasing the size. <P>SOLUTION: A supporter 31 made of synthetic resin is snapped into a mounting recess portion 252 formed in a housing 25 at an output portion 22 side. When a motor body 21 is directly coupled to the output portion 22, an inner wall surface 242 of the housing 24 of the motor body 21 abuts to inclined surfaces 364, 384 of press pieces 361, 381 of the supporter 31, a press protruding portion 365 presses an electrical connection terminal 46 for detecting rotating status to an electrical connection terminal 411.
