<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic door equipment which can be appropriately installed, for example, even in a crowded place, and which can keep a door open by accurately sensing an object such as a person in front of the door. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic door equipment comprises: a drive control unit 20 which controls the drive of a door body 10 so that the door body 10 can be opened, when a sensed signal is received, and which controls the drive of the door body so that the door body can be closed after a lapse of predetermined time; a touch switch 31 for transmitting the sensed signal; and a detecting sensor 35 for transmitting a latent sensed signal to a sensing area A which is provided on the inside I of the door body 10 and wherein even an area reaching a passage for the door body 10 and the outside O of the door body 10 can be sensed, when the door body is in an opened state.
