<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic camera having a reflective LCD (OLC) with no illumination and a TFT with back light that strikes a balance between convenience, power saving and cost by performing quick setting/display normally through the OLC and displaying the content of the OLC while switching to the TFT during dark time at night, for example. <P>SOLUTION: Normal setting/display by an OLC is performed when a photography system switch is pushed shorter than a predetermined time (ordinarily), and setting/display is performed by lighting a TFT in place of the OLC when the photography system switch is pushed longer than the predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
