<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextrusion laminated film more excellent in production efficiency than before, enhanced in interlaminar strength, reduced in the change of adhesive strength with the elapse of time and uniform in the thicknesses of respective layers. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated film is constituted by laminating films (B-layers) comprising a polynorbornene resin on both sides of a film (A-layer) comprising a polystyrenic resin through adhesive layers (C-layers). Each of the C-layers comprises a copolymer constituted of 5-80 wt.% of a polymer block comprising styrene and 95-20 wt.% of a polymer block comprising butadiene or isoprene or a hydrogenated polymer block of the polymer block and the melt flow rate [measured at 190°C under a load of 21.18 N (condition D) according to JIS K 7210] is 2.5 g/10 min or above.
