<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a generated power output of a cogeneration device without making the output pass through indoor wiring at the time of a power failure. <P>SOLUTION: An output of a generator 1 is linked to a system 9. An interlinked switch 17 and an independent switch 18 are provided on an ATS7. When an interlinked system is operated, the output of the generator 1 via an inverter 3-2 is interlinked to electric power from the system 9 at a distribution board 8 via the interlinked switch 17 and an interlocking switch 16. The interlinked electric power is supplied to an electrical load 10. When disconnected from the system due to a power failure and the like to start an independent operation, the interlinked switch 17 is turned off first and then the independent switch 18 is turned on. The output of the generator 1 at the time of the independent operation can be taken out from an independent output terminal 15 via the independent switch 18. An output changeover switch 19 is provided between the interlinked switch 17 and the independent output terminal 15.
