摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a tubing in a solenoid, which is provided with a non-magnetic portion of a normal metal structure having no shrinkage cavity. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a molding die 3 provided with a holder 8 for holding a tubing body 1 of magnetic material and a welding metal 2 of non-magnetic material, and a cooling fixture 4. The tubing body 1 includes a hole 1b formed in a direction of an axis of the tubing body 1, and a recess 1c formed in a periphery facing against the hole 1b; the welding metal 2 has a lower melting temperature than that of the tubing body 1; and the cooling fixture 4 includes an endothermic portion 4a clenching to the hole portion 1b of the tubing body 1 and a heat dissipation portion 4b projecting from the molding die. By this apparatus, since flocculation of the welding metal starts from inside and the place of the last flocculation is outside, it is possible to make shrinkage cavities occur at the outside and a tubing free from shrinkage cavities can be obtained by removing parts of welding metal in which the shrinkage cavities occur. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
