<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation availability calculation device capable of easily calculating the operation availability of a mounting line by a simpler configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This operation availability calculation device 100 is provided with a start/end switch 201 designating start/end of a mounting action of a mounting line, a substrate detection sensor 202 detecting passage of a substrate and transmitting a detection signal to a data storage part 203 side, the data storage part 203 temporarily storing the detection signal for the detected substrate, a computing part 204 finding a mode for a substrate passing interval and calculating operation availability by using a computing equation based on the mode passing interval, an operation availability accumulation part 205 sequentially storing the computed operation availability, a screen control part 206 controlling screen display about the operation availability displayed in a display part 207 according to an instruction by an operator, and the display part 207 displaying an image about the operation availability in compliance with control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
