<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output circuit which can output data at a high speed while both a high-voltage operation power supply and a low-voltage operation power supply are used. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to output of the data stored in a core part in a semiconductor storage element, the data output circuit includes a clock generating part for generating a rising clock and a falling clock using the clock impressed externally, a clock repeater for outputting the rising clock and the falling clock to a high-voltage clock or a low-voltage clock controlled by a voltage confirmation signal impressed externally, a level shifter for outputting the high-voltage data by shifting the data synchronized with the high-voltage clock, a data carrier for outputting the low-voltage data synchronized with the low-voltage clock, a data repeater for outputting the high-voltage data and the low-voltage data in response to an external voltage confirmation signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
