<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient video acquisition operation of acquiring a fetal video simultaneously with a medical examination and to perform highly reliable video management high jn security in the case of providing the acquired fetal video to a house or a remote location or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of transmitting the fetal video photographed by an echo photographing device from an information processor to a video information management device to be stored and managed, whether or not input identification information is correct is judged by checking whether or not it matches with a first key stored in the video information management device.
