PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence of belt-like stripes in a image photographed resulting from flicker phenomenon, without restricting the shutter time duration of an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: An LED emission control block 150 computes the influence due to flickers from the output of a colorimetric sensor 160, and determines the quantity of each light to be emitted by LED-R 151, LED-G 152, and LED-B 153 so that the influence of flickers is eliminated, and the quantity of each light of R, G, and B in the optical source of an object image always becomes a fixed value in this case, when the object image is photographed.
