PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission system wherein an uplink signal received by an antenna shared by first and second wireless communication systems is transmitted to a wireless base station at least in the first wireless communication system that reduces an increased noise level observed in the wireless base station caused resulting from intrusion of a signal at least from the second wireless communication system to the uplink signal. SOLUTION: A building exists under the control of a wireless base station of the wireless communication system, a mobile terminal in the building makes wireless communication with the wireless base station via a wireless repeater provided in the building. The wireless repeater includes: a first antenna for receiving the downlink signal from the wireless base station; a first attenuator for attenuating an output from the first antenna; a second antenna for outputting an output of the first attenuator and receiving a signal from the mobile terminal; and a second attenuator for receiving an output from the second antenna.
