PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for delivering the sign of the arrival of an incoming call to the possessor of portable terminal equipment, when there is an incoming call during the charging of a rechargeable battery. SOLUTION: In the portable terminal equipment, including a delivery/recognition means for allowing the possessor to recognize the arrival of the incoming call, and the charging battery, the delivery/recognition means is provided with a first delivery/recognition means for allowing the possessor to recognize the arrival of the incoming call through body sensation; a second delivery/recognition means for allowing the possessor to recognize the arrival of the incoming call through an audible and/or visible sense; and a control means for controlling the delivery/recognition means so as to activate the second delivery/recognition means, when charging to the charging battery is set, when the delivery/recognition means is set so as to activate the first delivery/recognition means.
