PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor having improved transmission characteristics at a wide frequency band. SOLUTION: The laminated capacitor comprises a laminate 3 where internal electrodes 1a, 1b for forming capacitance and a dielectric layer 2 are laminated; and external electrodes 4a, 4b arranged on the surface of the laminate 3 where the internal electrodes 1a, 1b are arranged, so that their main surfaces orthogonally cross the packaging surface and are electrically connected to the external electrodes 4a, 4b via extraction electrodes 5a, 5b extracted from the internal electrodes 1a, 1b. In the laminated capacitor, the thickness of an outer-layer dielectric layer arranged so that the main surface nearly orthogonally crosses the packaging surface at the side of the outer layer of the internal electrode that becomes the outermost layer is set to 60μm or smaller, when viewing the laminate 3 in the lamination direction of the internal electrodes 1a, 1b and the dielectric layer 2.
