PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck hanging display material in which a display piece disposed in a neck hanging portion is hardly breakable and which is excellent in display effect. SOLUTION: The neck hanging display material 10 is provided with: the neck hanging portion 11 having a neck hanging hole 15 to be passed through a neck 2 of a container 1; and the display piece 17 projected from a base 16 situated at a peripheral edge 15a of the neck hanging hole 15. The neck hanging portion 11 is comprised of a sheet or a laminate of the plurality of sheets 11b, 11c and the display piece 17 is drawn out from the neck hanging portion 11 through the neck hanging hole 15. The neck hanging display material 10 is used in which at least one sheet 11 is superposed on the base 16 of the display piece 17 from the side from which the display piece 17 is drawn out. The configuration can also be used which provides the neck hanging display material 10 with an extension portion 19 extended from the neck hanging portion 11 and makes the extension portion 19 freely droopable to a body 3 side of the container 1 by folding the extension portion from the neck hanging portion 11 can also be usedl.
