PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof case for electronic equipment, wherein there is no fear that the operation projections of the electronic equipment is not damaged even when operation members are frequently used, and the operation projections of the electronic equipment are surely operated. SOLUTION: When a camera 10 is accommodated in a waterproof case 10, the mode change switch 122 of the camera 100 is accommodated in and engaged with the recessed part 8216 of the engagement member 82 of the operation member 1420. When a knob 1420A is held with fingers and rotated around a shaft 1420B, the engagement member 82 is linearly reciprocated in the left and right directions together with the movement member 80 of a rigid body. Accordingly, the mode change switch 122 is moved in left and right directions and the mode of the camera 100 can be switched. The engagement member 82 is formed from elastomer.
