摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument and a method capable of inspecting nondestructively various characteristics such as a chloride concentration, a water content, an iron oxide content and a void ratio contained in concrete, and capable of inspecting a position of a reinforcement or pipe embedded in its inside. SOLUTION: An electric conductivityσand a relative dielectric constantεr of the concrete are measured by a step 1 for measuring a real part R1 and an imaginary part X1 of an alternating current impedance Z; a step 2 imparting a proper initial value as the electric conductivityσand a dielectric constantε; a step 3 for calculating a real part R2 and an imaginary part X2 of an inter-electrode complex voltage by a mathematical model; a step 4 for finding a square error from the real part R1 and the imaginary part X1, and the real part R2 and the imaginary part X2, which are calculated values of the inter-electrode complex voltage, obtained by the step 3; a step 5 for determining whether the square error is smaller than a prescribed value or not; a step 6 for finding the electric conductivityσand the dielectric constantεto improve the square error to a smaller value; a step 7 for finding the relative dielectric constantεr by dividing the dielectric constantεwith a vacuum dielectric constantε0; and a step 8 for determining the electric conductivityσand the relative dielectric constantεr as measured values in f[Hz].
