PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure with a decorative window for allowing a dweller to enjoy a display as he likes, and to provide a building block for the decorative window to be used for the same. SOLUTION: The building block 10 comprises a front face part formed of a light transmissive member, upper, lower, right and left side face parts extending from the front face part, and a back part extending from the side face parts and having a preset-size opening portion. It is embedded into an exterior wall member 2 constituting the exterior wall, a gate wall or a gate post of a building so that the front face part and the back part appear on the outside and on the inside, respectively.
