PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a driving device in a throttle device including: a casing having an intake passage; a throttle valve turned in the intake passage to adjust the flow rate of air flowing through the intake passage; and a driving device for turning the throttle valve. SOLUTION: This throttle device 1 includes: the casing 9 having the intake passage 3; the throttle valve 11 for adjusting the flow rate of air flowing through the intake passage 3; and the driving device 13 for turning the throttle valve 11.
