PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation panel for forming a boundary wall or a partition wall provided in a building, capable of restricting manufacturing cost, and facilitate construction. SOLUTION: This sound insulation panel is provided with a frame member 2 comprising stile members 2a and rail members 2b combined in a rectangular frame form, and plywood boards 4 provided on both surfaces of the frame member 2.
