PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry watertight structure of a member installation part interposed with a dry water cut-off member between water cut-off faces to prevent defective watertightness between the water cut-off faces and between abutting surfaces. SOLUTION: In this dry watertight structure of the member installation part constituted by installing a clearance closing member (member) 1 on member installation sides 2, 3 via a process for moving its water cut-off face 1a in the direction along a water cut-off face 3a on the member installation sides 2, 3 and bringing a contact surface 1b crossing the water cut-off face 1a of the member 1 orthogonally into contact with a contact surface 2b on the member installation sides 2, 3 and interposing the dry water cut-off member 5 between the water cut-off faces 1a and 3a via a process for urging the dry water cut-off member 5 onto a tip side of the water cut-off face 3a on the member installation sides 2, 3 by the water cut-off face 1a of the member 1 in the preceding process, an escape hole 7 is provided on the contact surface 2b on the member installation sides 2, 3 to let a tip side of the dry water cut-off member 5 inserted into the escape hole 7 escape into the escape hole 7 by urging.
