PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein drop load is applied several times, a belt winding machine does not perform its function in the worst case, and a belt is pulled out and drops or is cut because a conventional belt winding machine of a fall prevention device has no function and structure for confirming application of large load. SOLUTION: In this turning metallic fitting 2 arranging rings 1 opposingly and connecting the rings 1, 1 turnably by a shaft, the shaft 6 formed by a bolt 4 and a cylindrical nut 5 is arranged by passing through a shaft hole 3, a protruding piece 7 of a washer 8 provided with the protruding piece 7 on an inner side of the hole is nipped and held between the bolt 4 and the cylindrical nut 5 to arrange the rings 1, 1 in a slide-contact manner. This turning metallic fitting having a structure provided with a load display function for confirming application of load by application of predetermined load, shearing of the protruding piece 7 of the washer 8, separation of opposing rings 1, 1 from each other, and occurrence of a clearance is provided in the belt winding machine of the fall prevention device.
