PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organopolysiloxane composition curable at room temperature excellent in storage stability and adhesion to a resin, and capable of visually confirming degree of curing without impairing the moisture-curing property, more specifically the composition erases or changes its color into a different color by moisture curing. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the organopolysiloxane curable at room temperature comprising (A) the organopolysiloxane represented by formula (1); HO(R<SP>1</SP><SB>2</SB>SiO)<SB>x</SB>H (in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, x is an integer of≥10), (B) an alkoxysilane compound having≥2 average of hydrolyzable groups coupled to silicon atoms, partial hydrolysis product of the same or mixture of the same, (C) an organoxy titanium compound, and (D) an organic compound having at least one hydroxy group coupled to a benzene ring, the degree of curing is visually confirmed by the erasure or change of its color into another color caused by the component (C) and (D).
