PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition for medical use which is endowed with mechanical properties such as transparency, heat resistance and rigidity and has improved melt fluidity, molding processability, chemical resistance and yellowing by ionizing radiations and parts for medical use. SOLUTION: The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition for medical use is (A) an aromatic polycarbonate resin compounded with (B) a fluidity-improving agent and (C) a stabilizing agent against ionizing radiations. The fluidity-improving agent (B) is a polymer obtained by polymerizing a mixture consisting of 0.5-99.5 mass% of (b1) an aromatic vinyl monomer, 0.5-99.5 mass% of (b2) a monomer expressed by formula (1) and 0-40 mass% of (b3) other monomers [the total of monomers (b1)-(b3) is 100 mass%].
