PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste printing device which can easily form a bump with a specified height in a single round of printing by increasing the quantity of a paste which lifts up a mask in the vicinity of a squeegee. SOLUTION: This paste printing device comprises a cylindrical rotator 4 pivoted by support members 2 and 3, a metallic plate 5 which is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the rotator 4 and has a hole part 27 for squeezing a conductive paste 26 out of the interior of the rotator 4, a conveyance means 8 for conveying a printing object 7 to the rotation of the rotator 4, a squeegee 9 which is retained inside the rotator 4 by the support member 2 and 3 and prints the conductive paste 26 to the surface of the printing object 7 from the hole part 27 and a metallic plate fitting means 10 for fitting the metallic plate 5 to the rotator 4 by imparting a tension to the metallic plate 5. The conductive paste 26 is a silver paste and the printing object 7 is either of a metal foil or a printed wiring substrate. In addition, a squeegee retention means 20 for retaining the squeegee 9 to the support members 2 and 3, are provided, and is equipped with squeegee adjustment means 22 and 23 for adjusting a position where the squeegee 9 comes into contact with the metallic plate 5 and an angle at which both come into contact with each other.
