PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tool characterized by an increase in durability in a simple and functional method even in a maximum load. SOLUTION: The subject of this invention is the rotary tool 1 for surface treatment. This rotary tool has a brush holder 3 capable of rotatingly driving an annular brush 4 having a brush strip 5 and a bristle 6 projecting outward from its brush strip 5.
