PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the occurrence of an ink leakage when pressing an ink permeating member 4 by a pressing member 136 to quicken the adhesion of ink to a thread 3, and the damage to the ink permeating member 4 caused by friction with the thread 3. SOLUTION: The ink permeating member 4 in an ink chamber comprises a first ink permeating member 41 compressible by the pressing member 136 and brought into contact with the thread 3; a second ink permeating member 42 disposed in a position not compressed by the pressing member 136 and brought into contact with the first ink permeating member 41; and third ink permeating members 43 arranged on both sides of the first ink permeating member 41 and covering thread insertion parts 11e, 11f of both end partition walls 11c, 11d of the ink chamber.
