PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop delivery apparatus capable of suppressing variation of characteristics of a liquid-like substance to a small degree even when the liquid-like substance of an organic solvent system is delivered as a liquid drop, a production method for a composition dot and a production method for an electric optical apparatus. SOLUTION: In the production method for an organic EL apparatus, in a step for forming a light-emission layer 153b, a dot formation liquid drop delivery step for delivering the liquid drops MRO, MGO, MBO of the dot formation liquid substances MR, MG, MB containing the red (R), green (G) and blue (B) light-emission layer formation materials to different positions on a transparent substrate 502; and a drying speed adjustment liquid drop delivery step for delivering a liquid drop MTO of a drying speed adjustment liquid substance MT comprising a solvent having a high boiling point to the same position as the liquid drop MRO of the dot formation liquid substance MR for red (R) having a low boiling point and a fast drying speed, are performed.
