PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male disposable absorbable article which wears an absorbable article body of approximate conical geometry consistently and can prevent urine leakage. SOLUTION: An absorbable article body 1 which arranges an absorber 4 between a transparent liquid surface sheet 2 and a non-transparent liquid rear surface sheet 3 forms a flap section 5 of the absorber 4 which arranges an elastomer 6 on both outer sides in a width direction. The absorbable article body 1 has a fixing section 9 which lays both end sides of a longitudinal direction and holds them in approximate conical geometry. The absorbable article body 1 is located on the inner side of a width direction of the absorber 4 from the elastomer 6 and forms an incising section 8 in an approximate center section in the outer position of the margin of a width direction of the absorber 4 located on an expansion side of the absorbable article body 1 which is held in approximate conical geometry. Also, the absorber 4 forms an approximate V-shaped separate insert guiding line section toward the approximate center section of other lateral edges from a bilateral section across the central part of a unilateral edge of the width direction.
