PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an openable and closable toilet paper cover which can create a space where a toilet paper can be isolated from moisture and water drops and can easily create an open space where the toilet paper can be used or replaced. SOLUTION: A plate (2) which is fixed on a wall (1) where the toilet paper is installed and a movable cover (3) connected to the plate (2) by hinges are provided. Thus a closed space can be created between a cover and the wall (1) by drawing down the cover (3).
