PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a communication method for data in a communication system for an integrated base station and a mobile device. SOLUTION: This method transmits a data unit in a communication system for an integrated base station (for example, integrated UTRAN) 130 and a mobile device 120. In one embodiment, the integrated base station 130 has a communication processor 134 having a protocol stack 138 configured of a media access control layer and a physical layer. In another embodiment, an another integrated base station for using in the communication system for the mobile device 120 is provided and introduced in a single entity for processing. It includes the communication processor 134 having the protocol stack 138 constituted so that the data unit can be prepared suitable for direct transmission between a core network 110 and the mobile device 120.
