Procedure for obtaining preparation, in the subject of this invention, is carried in the way that 1 kg of milk acid is poured in the appropriate vessel that is equipped by a mechanical mixer, the acid is warmed to 98°C and with mixing in the vessel it adds 0.750 kg of salicile acid. When the salicile acid is completely dissolved the vessel is cooled up to 20°C, and then added along with mixing 5 ml. 3.6 % of hydrogen peroxide and continue with mixing for another 10 minutes. In so obtained mixture 20 ml of 10 % solution of collodium in the ether and 50 g of starch and the content in the ballon are mixed for another 30 minutes. At the ending the content from the vessel is poured out in the opened vessel and remained in digestorium for 24 hours with occasional mixing. The yield is rich. Preparation obtained from this procedure is used for healing the warts, callouses and other callosities both in the human and in veterinary medicine.
